Vendor Information

Are you interested in being a vendor for the event? Here is some information for you while you wait for the application form to get post on January 1st!

Things to know

  • Decorate your area to fit into the theme of the weekend. Vendors are responsible for their own tents, tables and ect. Vendors need to be in theme during the weekend. Site/area must be manned the whole weekend

  • Vendor spot is a 10X10 area.

  • The festival will be open Saturday 11am -7pm, and Sunday 12pm - 5pm

  • Setup will be on Friday evening and Saturday morning

  • Dates are June 10th - 11th, 2023


  • Merchandise and/or Service Vendor - $75, $50 for every additional booth

  • Food Vendor - $100, $75 for every additional booth

  • Roaming Vendor - $50

  • Non-Profit – (FREE) A limited number of businesses with designated IRS non-profit status will be accepted. Non-profit businesses and charities must adhere to all vendor guidelines.

Other Information

  • Vendors are responsible for their own taxes with the State of South Dakota and will be contacted by the state if not filed within a responsible time.

  • An application does not guarantee spot. Those that are chosen and that make the experience fully immersive for themselves and the attendees will be showcased during the event and possible future promotions. We will only have 40 slots this year and applications will close March 31st, 2023.
